Subject: Increased Available Capacity – Caldwell CS
Notice Text:
Due to pipeline conditions, Northwest Pipeline is increasing
the available southbound capacity through the Caldwell
Compressor Station during the scheduled maintenance ending Gas
Day October 27, 2025.
Effective Gas Day 26, the Caldwell CS will be limited to
409,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Caldwell CS exceeds
the available capacity of 409,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
has been completed.
