Subject: Goldendale ESD & Mt. Vernon 8600 Hr. Inspections - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following
locations:
- Goldendale CS beginning gas day September 08, 2025,
through gas day September 12, 2025.
- Mt. Vernon CS beginning gas day September 08, 2025,
through gas day September 19, 2025.
The Goldendale CS will be limited to 375,000 Dth/d northbound
and 375,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Goldendale CS
exceeds the available capacity of 375,000 Dth/d northbound or
375,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate
during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2
and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest
will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a
design capacity of 543,000 Dth/d northbound or 393,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
has been completed.
The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,246,000 Dth/d southbound
for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS
exceeds the available capacity of 1,246,000 Dth/d southbound
(or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
1,277,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work has been completed.
