Subject: Soda Springs ERP Tie-in Part 1 & Mt. Vernon ESD - Maintenance Reminder
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following
locations:
- Soda Springs CS beginning gas day August 18, 2025,
through gas day September 04, 2025.
- Mt. Vernon CS beginning gas day August 20, 2025, through
gas day August 21, 2025.
The Soda Springs CS will be limited to 428,000 Dth/d northbound
for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Soda Springs CS
exceeds the available capacity of 428,000 Dth/d northbound (or
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
652,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work has been completed.
The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,135,000 Dth/d southbound
for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS
exceeds the available capacity of 1,135,000 Dth/d southbound
(or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
1,277,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work has been completed.
