As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following 
locations:

- Green River CS beginning gas day August 04, 2025, through 
        gas day August 08, 2025.
- Sumner CS beginning gas day August 05, 2025, through gas 
        day August 06, 2025.
- Oregon City CS beginning gas day August 06, 2025, through 
        gas day August 10, 2025.

The Green River North Constraint will be limited to 360,000 
Dth/d northbound and 676,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration 
of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Green River North 
Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 360,000 Dth/d 
northbound or 676,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot 
mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to 
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's 
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency 
Period based on a design capacity of 455,000 Dth/d northbound 
or 761,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will 
continue until the work has been completed. 

The Sumner CS will be limited to 816,000 Dth/d southbound 
for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Sumner CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 816,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 1,033,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed.

The Oregon City CS will be limited to 240,000 Dth/d southbound 
for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Oregon City CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 240,000 Dth/d southbound 
(or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
250,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed.
