As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following 
locations:

- Mt Vernon CS beginning gas day July 21, 2025, through gas 
        day July 23, 2025.

- Albany CS beginning gas day July 21, 2025, through gas 
        day July 25, 2025.

- Sumner to Chehalis pigs runs beginning gas day July 22, 
        2025, through gas day July 23, 2025.

- Pleasant View CS beginning gas day July 22, 2025, through 
        gas day August 01, 2025

- La Plata B CS beginning gas day July 22, 2025, through 
        gas day August 01, 2025.

- Pegram CS beginning gas day July 22, 2025, through gas 
        day October 08, 2025.

The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,241,000 Dth/d southbound 
for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 1,241,000 Dth/d southbound 
(or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
1,277,707 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed. 

The Albany CS will be limited to 103,000 Dth/d for the duration 
of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Albany CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 103,000 Dth/d (or whatever NWP cannot 
mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to 
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's 
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency 
Period based on a design capacity of 120,000 Dth/d. The 
deficiency period will continue until the work has been 
completed. 

The Chehalis CS will be limited to the design capacity of 
672,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the Sumner to 
Chehalis pig runs. Northwest will continue to mitigate 
Operational Flow Orders (OFO) at the Chehalis CS on an 
operationally available basis, as referenced in Notice ID 25-
085.

For the Moab DOT Hydrotest, the Pleasant View CS will be 
limited to net 0 Dth/d southbound and the La Plata B CS will be 
limited to net 0 Dth/d northbound for the duration of the 
outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Pleasant View CS 
exceeds the available capacity of net 0 Dth/d southbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on the primary rights of 
211,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed.

If primary nomination requests through the La Plata B CS 
exceeds the available capacity of net 0 Dth/d northbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on the primary rights of 
244,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed.

The Pegram CS will be limited to 519,000 Dth/d northbound for 
the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Pegram CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 519,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 654,000 Dth/d 
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed.
