Subject: Jackson Prairie Maintenance Reminder

Puget Sound Energy, operator of Jackson Prairie (JP) storage facility, has notified Northwest that maintenance will be
performed at JP beginning July 18, 2025, through July 26, 2025.
The facility will be shut-in and neither withdrawals nor
injections will be available during this period.
Due to Northwest’s limited balance flexibility during this
time, please stay on rate and avoid drafting or banking the
system during this outage. For those with the need for
system balancing, Northwest will work with you to adjust those
balances prior to or after the JP outage.
