As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following locations:
- Burley CS beginning on gas day June 17, 2025, through gas day June 18, 2025. - Pegram CS beginning on gas day June 17, 2025, through gas day June 18, 2025. - Washougal North Constraint beginning on gas day June 17, 2025, through gas day June 18, 2025. - Cisco CS beginning on gas day June 17, 2025, through gas day October 31, 2025.
The Burley CS will be limited to 464,000 Dth/d northbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Burley CS exceeds the available capacity of 464,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 579,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed on gas day June 18, 2025.
For the Lava CS ESD, the Pegram CS will be limited to 586,000 Dth/d northbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Pegram CS exceeds the available capacity of 586,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 654,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed on gas day June 18, 2025.
The Washougal North Constraint will be limited to 196,000 Dth/d northbound and 511,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Washougal North Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 196,000 Dth/d northbound or 511,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 305,000 Dth/d northbound or 521,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed on gas day June 18, 2025.
The Cisco CS will be limited to 241,000 Dth/d northbound and 284,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Cisco CS exceeds the available capacity of 241,000 Dth/d northbound or 284,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 286,000 Dth/d northbound or 359,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed on gas day October 31, 2025.
