Subject: Pegram Solar Inspections & Goldendale Electrical Upgrade - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following location:
- Pegram CS beginning gas day May 05, 2025, through gas day May 09, 2025.
- Goldendale CS beginning gas day May 05, 2025, through gas day May 09, 2025.
The Pegram CS will be limited to 602,000 Dth/d northbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Pegram CS exceeds the available capacity of 602,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 654,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed on gas day May 09, 2025.
The Goldendale CS will be limited to 375,000 Dth/d northbound and 399,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Goldendale CS exceeds the available capacity of 375,000 Dth/d northbound or 399,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 543,000 Dth/d northbound or 417,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed on gas day May 09, 2025.
