Subject: Chehalis CS Electrical Work and Sumner CS Electric Start System - Maintenance Up

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing work at the Chehalis
Compressor Station from September 26, 2023 through October 13,
2023 and at the Sumner Compressor Station from September 26,
2023 through October 7, 2023. New capacity restrictions are
detailed below:
The electrical work at Chehalis Compressor Station will limit
throughput to 518,000 Dth/day Southbound for the duration of
the project.
During the Sumner Compressor Station outage, capacity will be
limited to 724,000 Dth/day Southbound for the duration of the
project.
If primary nomination requests through the Chehalis Compressor
Station exceeds the available capacity of 518,000 Dth/d
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
602,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on October 13, 2023.
If primary nomination requests through the Sumner Compressor
Station exceeds the available capacity of 724,000 Dth/d
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
960,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on October 7, 2023.
