Subject: Snohomish CS Electric Start System – Maintenance Schedule Update/Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing work at the Snohomish
Compressor Station from September 6, 2023 through September 22,
2023. The cut point will be the Snohomish Compressor Station
which will be limited to 853,000 Dth/d southbound.
Please note the change in start date as this work was
previously scheduled to begin on September 5, 2023 as
referenced in All Shipper Notice #23-167. The end date of the
outage did not change.
If primary nomination requests through the Snohomish Compressor
Station exceeds the available capacity of 853,000 Dth/d
southbound (or whatever NWP can mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
1,118,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on September 22, 2023.
