Subject: Oregon City CS PLC-5 Upgrade - Maintenance Schedule Update

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline’s
website and as communicated in the annual maintenance call,
work at the Oregon City Compressor Station was originally
scheduled from August 28, 2023 through September 22, 2023.
However, due to an unexpected delay, the work has now been
postponed until further notice.
Northwest will continue to communicate through notices and
update the maintenance schedule accordingly as more information
comes to light as to when the work will be rescheduled.
