Northwest Pipeline has closed on the acquisition of Kelso Beaver Pipeline
effective May 1, 2026. This pipeline is now a lateral extending from the Northwest
mainline system at the existing point titled Kelso/Beaver meter station using the
TFL-1 and TIL-1 rate services. This point has been revised as follows:
