The Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement in Docket No. RP22-<br />1155 (Northwest's last Section 4 rate case) requires Northwest&nbsp;<br />to file a new Section 4 rate case for new rates to be effective&nbsp;<br />April 1, 2028. Northwest intends to conduct formal settlement&nbsp;<br />discussions with its firm shippers starting on October 14,&nbsp;<br />2026.
