<p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">As indicated in All Shippers Notice #26-124, Northwest is </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">currently performing maintenance in the Columbia Gorge corridor</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">through June 26, 2026. <span>&nbsp;</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Primary southbound nomination requests at the Willard CS have </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">exceeded the available capacity of 0 Dth/d southbound (or </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">whatever Northwest cannot mitigate). Therefore, pursuant to </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Deficiency Period </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">for Gas Day June 23, 2026. The Deficiency will be calculated </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">based on a design capacity of 431,000 Dth/d southbound.
