<p>As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the&nbsp;<br />following locations next week:<br /><br />-<span style="white-space-collapse:preserve;">	</span><strong>Willard CS</strong>: located at MP 1175.2 in Skamania County,&nbsp;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Washington on gas day April 14, 2026.</p><p>-<span style="white-space-collapse:preserve;">	</span><strong>Mt. Vernon CS</strong>: located at MP 1440.18 in Skagit County,&nbsp;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Washington beginning gas day April 14, 2026, through&nbsp;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; gas day April 15, 2026.<br /><br />The Willard CS will be limited to 380,000 Dth/d northbound and&nbsp;<br />383,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Willard CS exceeds&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 380,000 Dth/d northbound or 383,000&nbsp;<br />Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any<br />&nbsp;day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of&nbsp;<br />Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give&nbsp;<br />notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design&nbsp;<br />capacity of 540,000 Dth/d northbound or 431,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work&nbsp;<br />has been completed.&nbsp;<br /><br />The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,177,000 Dth/d southbound&nbsp;<br />on gas day April 14, 2026, and limited to 1,240,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound on gas day April 15, 2026.<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS&nbsp;<br />exceeds the available capacity of 1,177,000 Dth/d southbound on&nbsp;<br />gas day April 14, 2026, or 1,240,000 Dth/d southbound on gas&nbsp;<br />day April 15, 2026 (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any&nbsp;<br />day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of&nbsp;<br />Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give&nbsp;<br />notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design&nbsp;<br />capacity of 1,277,000 Dth/d southbound.
