Northwest filed with FERC its semi-annual fuel filing to place
into effect new factors on April 1, 2026, for fuel gas used and
gas lost and unaccounted-for. By this filing, Northwest
proposes: (1) a decrease from 1.15% to 1.04% factor for
transportation services under Rate Schedules TF-1, TF-2, TI-1,
and DEX-1; (2) a decrease from 0.39% to 0.10% in the factor
for underground storage services under Rate Schedules SGS-2F
and SGS-2I; (3) an increase from 1.31% to 2.65% in the LNG
liquefaction factor under Rate Schedules LS-2F, LS-3F, LS-2I,
and LD-4I; and (4) an increase from 1.56% to 2.00% in the
vaporization factor under Rate Schedules LS-2F, LS-3F, and LS-
2I and LD-4I. These changes are reflected in the tariff record
for which Northwest is seeking Commission acceptance.
Since no shippers have utilized services under either Rate
Schedule LS-3F or Rate Schedule LD-4I Service Agreements,
Northwest proposes no change to the Rate Schedules LS-3F or LD-
4I Service Agreements liquefaction charge of $0.58646 during
the upcoming April 2026 through March 2027 period.
Additionally, Northwest filed with FERC its second annual
Modernization and Emissions Reduction Program Cost Recovery
Mechanism (CRM)surcharge filing. Effective April 1, 2026
through March 31, 2027, the CRM surcharge is $0.03389.
