<p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Puget Sound Energy (PSE), operator of Jackson Prairie (JP)</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">storage facility, has notified Northwest of a malfunctioning</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">component at JP Storage currently preventing injection</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">capability. PSE is actively working to source the part and</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">safely bring the facility back to full operational capacity.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Northwest will accept injection nominations at JP only to the</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">extent such injections can be netted against corresponding</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">withdrawal nominations.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Because system flexibility will be limited, Northwest is</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">declaring a Stage II (8%) Underrun Entitlement for all</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer compressor station</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">beginning Gas Day Saturday, March 14, 2026. </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Please remain diligent in managing supply and demand and avoid</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">banking the system. On system balancing on Northwest&rsquo;s</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Electronic Bulletin Board is currently designated as &ldquo;No&rdquo; for</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">all areas.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Northwest would like to thank the customers in advance for</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">their cooperation.
