<p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">As indicated in All Shippers Notice #25-097, Northwest is </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Performing a hydrotest in between the La Plata B and Pleasant </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">View compressor station corridor. </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Primary northbound nomination requests at the La Plata B </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">compressor have exceeded the available capacity of 0 Dth/d </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">northbound (or whatever Northwest cannot mitigate). Therefore, </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Deficiency Period for Gas Day July 15, 2025. The Deficiency </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">will be calculated based on a design capacity of 283,000 Dth/d </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">northbound. The Deficiency Period will continue until the work </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">is completed.
