<p><span style="font-family:'Courier New', Courier, monospace;font-size:x-small;"></span><span style="font-family:'Courier New', Courier, monospace;font-size:x-small;">Puget Sound Energy, operator of Jackson Prairie (JP) storage&nbsp;</span></p><span style="font-family:'Courier New', Courier, monospace;font-size:x-small;">facility, has notified Northwest that maintenance will be&nbsp;</span><br /><span style="font-family:'Courier New', Courier, monospace;font-size:x-small;">performed at JP beginning July 18, 2025, through July 26, 2025.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-family:'Courier New', Courier, monospace;font-size:x-small;">The facility will be shut-in and neither withdrawals nor&nbsp;</span><br /><span style="font-family:'Courier New', Courier, monospace;font-size:x-small;">injections will be available during this period.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-family:'Courier New', Courier, monospace;font-size:x-small;">Due to Northwest&rsquo;s limited balance flexibility during this&nbsp;</span><br /><span style="font-family:'Courier New', Courier, monospace;font-size:x-small;">time, please stay on rate and avoid drafting or banking the&nbsp;</span><br /><span style="font-family:'Courier New', Courier, monospace;font-size:x-small;">system during this outage.
