The discount during the winter period (November through March) is limited to the Jackson Prairie and/or Deer Island Receipt Point(s) or, on an alternate basis, to other receipt points from underground storage fields in Washington and Oregon connected to Northwest Pipeline. If on any day during the winter period, Shipper or any Replacement Shipper nominates from any other receipt point, the maximum reservation rate will apply for a 365 day period following each such occurrence.
