SUBJECT: Entitlement Warning North of Meacham
In order for Northwest to maintain our Jackson Prairie storage
account balance, which is essential to meet the winter heating
season load in the Pacific Northwest, it is imperative that
Shippers not draft the system north of the Meacham Compressor
Station during the recently declared OFO period.
This past week Northwest's Jackson Prairie Storage balancing
account has decreased from 1.8 Bcf to 1.48 Bcf as a result of
customers drafting. Therefore, pursuant to Section 14.6 of
Northwest's FERC Gas Tariff, Northwest is providing notice that
it will, if necessary, declare customer-specific or system
entitlements for overruns for receiving parties located north
of the Meacham Compressor Station.
