Subject: Rangely to Vernal Anomaly Investigatiions
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website, Northwest
will be performing anomaly investigations and pipe replacements between
the Rangely and Vernal compressor stations on August 14-15, 2008.
During the outage the available capacity of the mainline will be
reduced to Zero. Since recent net scheduled volumes in the affected
section of mainline have been very low, Northwest will attempt to
mitigate this outage using storage and balancing flexibility. If there
is a significant change in nominations, Northwest will evaluate the
operational options and declare a deficiency period if necessary to
complete this work.
