SUBJECT: Declared Deficiency Period at the Muddy Creek South Constraint
Point Effective 07/22/08
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website, Northwest is
performing anomaly repairs near the Muddy Creek compressor station beginning
July 22, 2008. Primary firm nomination requests through the Muddy Creek South
Constraint Point have exceeded the available capacity of 160,000 Dth/d.
Therefore, pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period for gas day, Tuesday, July 22, 2008. Based on a design capacity of
513,000 Dth/d, the Daily Deficiency Volume is 353,000 Dth/d. Unless otherwise
communicated, the Deficiency Period will to continue through July 25, 2008.
