SUBJECT: Moving Balancing Gas through the La Plata B Compressor Station
Northwest's south-end OBA imbalances have been gradually growing over the past
few months. As a result, effective for gas day Wednesday July 16, 2008 and
until further notice, Northwest will schedule La Plata B Compressor station
quantities up to the greater of the design capacity or primary nominations in
the timely cycle. In all subsequent cycles, Northwest will only schedule
quantities up to the design capacity if Northwest is able to arrange for the
payback of the south-end OBA imbalances.
