SUBJECT: Declared Deficiency Period at the Lava Hot Springs Compressor
Station Effective 07/10/08
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website, Northwest is
performing anomaly investigations between the Lava Hot Springs and Pocatello
compressor stations beginning July 8, 2008. Primary firm nomination requests
through the Lava Hot Springs station have exceeded the available capacity of
553,000 Dth/d.
Therefore, pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period for gas day, Thursday, July 10, 2008. Based on a design capacity of
648,000 Dth/d, the Daily Deficiency Volume is 95,000 Dth/d. The Deficiency
Period is expected to continue through July 31, 2008.
