SUBJECT: Declared Deficiency Period at the Caldwell Compressor Station
Effective 07/07/08
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website, Northwest is
performing anomaly investigations between the Caldwell and Baker compressor
stations beginning July 7, 2008. Primary firm nomination requests through the
Caldwell station have exceeded the available capacity of 416,000 Dth/d.
Therefore, pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period for gas day, Monday, July 07, 2008. Based on a design capacity of
451,000 Dth/d, the Daily Deficiency Volume is 35,000 Dth/d. The Deficiency
Period is expected to continue through July 31, 2008.
