SUBJECT: Declared Deficiency Period at the Cisco Compressor Station
Effective 06/27/08
As posted on the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website, Northwest is
performing a pig run between the Cisco and Moab compressor stations on June
27, 2008. Primary firm nomination requests through the Cisco station have
exceeded the available capacity of 249,000 Dth/d.
Therefore, pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period for gas day, Friday, June 27, 2008. Based on a design capacity of
359,000 Dth/d, the Daily Deficiency Volume is 110,000 Dth/d.
