SUBJECT: Meacham OFO Warning
Scheduled volumes through the Meacham Compressor station for June 17th are
above design. To the extent primary firm nominations through the Meacham
Compressor station continue to exceed Northwest's operationally available
capacity of 440,000 Dth/d, Northwest may impose an OFO to protect its
system integrity and north-end storage balance. To avoid this action,
Northwest is requesting customers to immediately reduce scheduled volumes
to the operationally available capacity.
If nominations in the Timely cycle for gas day Wednesday, June 18, 2008,
are above 440,000 Dth through the Meacham compressor station,
Northwest may issue a Notice of Recall and declare an Operational
Flow Order (OFO) effective beginning gas day Thursday, June 19, 2008.
