Subject: Interruptible Storage Capacity
Not Available at Jackson Prairie
Effective gas day August 05, 2008, and until further notice, Northwest Pipeline Corporation
will not accept injection requests for interruptible storage capacity in its Jackson Prairie Storage Facility.
In addition, all Interruptible Storage holders at Jackson Prairie that have a balance in the storage facility
must bring their IT Storage balance to zero by the end of gas day August 15, 2008.
Northwest would like to remind its shippers that Park and Loan service is available on a limited basis at
Jackson Prairie. Northwests Park and Loan availability is posted each morning on the Daily Operational
Report (DOR).
