Subject: Stage II (8%) Overrun Entitlement north of Kemmerer
Notice Text:
Due to scheduled maintenance upstream of Northwest Pipeline and
to preserve Northwest’s system balancing at Jackson Prairie,
Northwest is revising the current Overrun Entitlement warning
north of Kemmerer and declaring a Stage II (8%) Overrun
Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer
compressor station effective Gas Day Thursday, December 8,
2022. This entitlement includes all points on the Spokane,
Wenatchee and Grants Pass laterals, and shall continue through
Gas Day December 8.
Please secure adequate supply to meet demand to avoid
entitlement penalties.
