Subject: Deficiency at Burley Compressor

As indicated in All Shippers Notice #22-173, Northwest is
currently performing maintenance at the Burley
compressor.
Primary nomination requests northbound through the Burley
compressor have exceeded the available capacity of
464,000 Dth/d (or whatever Northwest can mitigate).
Therefore, pursuant to sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby
gives notice of a Deficiency Period for Gas Day Friday,
October 28 2022. The Deficiency will be calculated based
on the design capacity of 579,000 Dth/d northbound at the
Burley compressor. The Deficiency Period is currently
expected to continue through Gas Day November 9 and
Northwest will post on its EBB if unable to mitigate
volumes on that day.
