Subject: Revised-Deficiency at Willard Compressor

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website, Northwest is
performing hydrotests in the Goldendale to Willard corridor July 5 through
July 14, 2022.
Primary nomination requests southbound through the Willard compressor have
exceeded the available capacity of 0 Dth/d (or whatever Northwest can
mitigate). Therefore, pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-
1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Deficiency Period
for gas day Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Based on a design capacity of 407,000
Dth/d southbound at Willard the Daily Deficiency Volume is 407,000 Dth/d. The
Deficiency Period will continue until the work is completed July 4, 2022.
