Notice Text:

Northwest would like to encourage customers to voluntarily reduce its 
northbound nominations through the Rangely compressor station. With a 
design capacity of 350,655 Dth/d, current operational available 
capacity at Rangely is 370,000 Dth/d. Timely 1 nominations for gas day 
December 20 are approximately 384,000 Dth/d.

If northbound primary firm scheduled quantities continue to exceed the 
operational available capacity, Northwest will declare an OFO. 


Northwest would also like to clarify storage operations at Jackson 
Prairie during the December 21-23, 2018 maintenance period. Northwest 
will:
1. allow nominations of up to 50,000 Dth/d to be scheduled both as an
 injection and a withdrawal;
2. NOT allow interruptible nominations into or out of Jackson Prairie; 
and
3. accept up to 10,000 Dth/d of Park and Loan at a rate of $0.10.


Shippers can monitor throughput and storage quantities and obtain a 
copy of Northwest's OFO procedures on Northwest's website at 
www.northwest.williams.com.
