Subject: Rangley OFO Lifted Effective Immediately

Effective immediately, Northwest is lifting the OFO at its Rangely compressor station (see All Shipper Notice No. 18-079) and increasing the capacity to 350,655 Dth/d.
After reviewing contracts, nominations, and allowable operational and design configurations of the Rangely compressor station, Northwest has decided to combine the physical design capacities of the Rangely compressor station and the Rangely compressor historically dedicated to the Piceance lateral. This change allows Northwest to increase the Rangely compressor station physical design capacity to 350,655 Dth/d (356,429 Dth/d physical design less transported fuel of 5,774 Dth/d). Northwest anticipates this change will greatly decrease the likelihood of future OFOs at this location. As a result, Northwest will hold off splitting its Rocky Mountain Pool as proposed in the October Shipper Advisory Board meeting.
