Subject: Force Majeure Upstream Supply Failure

As a result of Northwest's force majeure condition, caused by the events
described in Enbridge Notice No. 50876 and posted in Northwest All-Shipper
Notice No. 18-099, Northwest will invoke its authority under Section 14.14
of the General Terms and Conditions of its tariff that allows Northwest to
take action to maintain system integrity.
Therefore, Northwest is reducing nominations at the Sumas Receipt point and
their corresponding delivery locations to zero regardless of elapsed pro rata
scheduled quantities for gas day October 10, 2018 for the ID2 cycle.
