Subject: Battle Ground Hydro Test Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website, Northwest will
be performing a hydro test near the Willard compressor station June 19
through June 23, 2018.
Although the posted design capacity at the Willard compressor is zero
during the outage, Northwest will mitigate to the extent possible by working
with its interconnecting partners and utilizing its storage flexibility.
If Northwest is unable to mitigate the entire outage and is forced to cut
primary gas, Northwest will declare a deficiency period pursuant to Sections
10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff.
