Effective Gas Day November 9, 2017, the Recall Advisory and Operational
Flow Order (OFOs) (see All Shipper Notice #17-093) at its Rangely compressor
station is lifted.
Shippers can avoid future OFO's being declared by keeping the total
nominations through Rangely or other constraint points at or below the
operational available capacity as posted on the Operational Capacity Report
and aligning their supplies with their markets.
