SUBJECT:Green River North compressor Declaration of OFO
Northwest is declaring an Operational Flow Order (OFO) as outlined
under Section 14.15(d) of its Tariff effective gas day Wednesday,
January 6, 2016, until further notice.
As referenced in All Shipper notice 16-003, nominations through Green
River North compressor for Timely cycle Gas Day January 6, 2016,
remained above the design capacity of 455,000 Dth.
If the scheduled quantities for Thursday's gas day exceed the
operational capacity at Green River North, Northwest will provide
Shippers with their specific OFO obligations by 4:00 p.m. MST
on Wednesday, January 6. Shippers must comply with the OFO
obligations no later than the Evening nomination deadline (5:00 p.m.
MST) on Wednesday.
Operationally available capacity may exceed design capacity based on
operating factors, such as line-pack, weather and system loads. To the
extent Northwest's operationally available capacity exceeds design
capacity, Northwest will use the operationally available capacity in
calculating the daily OFO requirement.
Shippers can monitor throughput quantities and obtain a copy of
Northwest's OFO procedures on Northwest's website at
www.northwest.williams.com.
