Subject: Emergency Line Inspection near Sumas

Northwest Pipeline LLC (Northwest) will be performing emergency line
inspections approximately three miles south of the Sumas Receipt Location.
The inspection is a result of potential third-party damage to the pipeline.
As a result, beginning gas day May 6, Northwest will reduce the capacity at
the Sumas Receipt location to 1,092,000 Dth until further notice. Northwest
will send an update when further information is available.
