<p><a name="_Hlk155600062"><span style="color:#000000;">Due to anticipated limited flexibility during the MountainWest</span> </a></p><p><span>Clay Basin withdrawal testing period, as referenced in Notice </span></p><p><span>24-048, Northwest is declaring a Stage III (13%) Underrun </span></p><p><span>Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer </span></p><p><span>compressor station effective from Gas Day Saturday March 30, </span></p><p><span>2024 through Gas Day Wednesday April 10, 2024.
