<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">Current state on Northwest Pipeline shows growing line pack with </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">indications of continued banking by shippers. MountainWest </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">Pipeline is allocating injections at Clay Basin and will be </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">performing its annual withdrawal testing, where injection </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">nominations will not be accepted, from March 26 through April 10. </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">Additionally, Jackson Prairie is currently scheduling at its </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">maximum injection rate, with limited flexibility for Northwest </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">balancing.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">&nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">As a reminder, when the Jackson Prairie facility reaches 80% </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">capacity, SGS-2I interruptible storage holders (IT) will be </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">expected to vacate with a minimum of seven days notice. Northwest </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">asks IT storage shippers to remain judicious in storage planning </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">in the near-term future.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">&nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">Northwest will continue to monitor the system status and make </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">adjustments as necessary to protect the integrity of the pipeline </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';layout-grid-mode:line;">and meet scheduled delivery requirements.
