&nbsp;<p>It is anticipated that pipeline and weather conditions will be sufficiently stable for Northwest <br />Pipeline to lift the Stage II (8%) overrun entitlement, effective Thursday, March 19, 2020. The <br />entitlement is currently in place for all receiving parties north of the Kemmerer compressor. </p><p>Northwest would like to encourage on-going alignment of markets with supplies. Available withdrawal <br />capacities at the Jackson Prairie storage facility continue to decline on a daily basis, reducing <br />Northwest&rsquo;s ability to accommodate drafting.
