Jackson Prairie and Entitlement Warning update

As an update to All-Shipper notices 20-018 and 20-019, Puget Sound Energy (PSE), the operator

of the Jackson Prairie storage facility (JP) has informed Northwest that the necessary work on

the C-9 compressor has been completed and returned to service. As a reminder, the C-8 unit is

still out and will be until further notice. Because of the approximately 200-250,000 Dth/d

reduction from the C-8 unit, the deliverability at JP is approximately 400,000 Dth/d and

decreasing every day as a result of continued withdrawals.

Northwest is lifting the remaining entitlement warning for gas day February 27.

Northwest encourages all parties to stay on rate since operational flexibility is limited because

of the ongoing JP work.
