Pursuant to Section 11.5 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's Tariff, this Agreement is modified as follows:
Effective April 1, 2024, Premier Entertainment Tahoe, LLC dba Bally's Lake Tahoe Casino Resort replaces Premier Entertainment Tahoe, LLC dba MontBleu Resort as the contract holder of this capacity due to a Name Change.
