Pursuant to Section 22.12 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's Tariff, this Agreement is modified as follows:

Pursuant to Offer Number 37161, effective April 01, 2020, Puget Sound Energy, Inc. has permanently released all or a portion of the Transportation Contract Demand underpinning this Agreement to Cascade Natural Gas Corporation. Therefore, this Agreement is modified to reflect the terms contained in such Offer, including the reduction of Transportation Contract Demand by 6,077 Dth/d. Cascade Natural Gas Corporation's Service Agreement number is 143463.
