Pursuant to Section 22.12 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's Tariff, this Agreement is modified as follows:
Pursuant to Offer Number 37160, effective April 01, 2020, Puget Sound Energy, Inc. has permanently released all or a portion of the Storage Demand and Storage Capacity underpinning this Agreement to Cascade Natural Gas Corporation. Therefore, this Agreement is terminated. Cascade Natural Gas Corporation's Service Agreement number is 143461.
