Pursuant to the 18 CFR Section 358.5(b)(3) On September 17, 2008, an e-mail
attachment which included Transco customer information regarding the Mobile
Bay Plant post nomination cycle for September 15, 2008 was inadvertently sent
to a Williams Gas Marketing (marketing affiliate) employee. The e-mail was deleted from the
Williams Gas Marketing computer by a Regulatory Compliance representative on
September 17, 2008. On September 6, 2008, an e-mail regarding Transco’s Sentinel project was inadvertently sent to a Williams Gas Marketing (marketing affiliate) employee. The body of the e-mail contained a current cost estimate for the project that previously had been made public but not posted. Williams has now posted on the Sentinel project overview page the amount of the project cost estimate. (Date Posted: 09/11/2008) |
